Students applying directly from high school and are under the age of 21. First-year students are required to purchase a meal plan.

Fees are based on the academic term (Sept - April) per person.

Second-year students are those entering their second year of post-secondary, including transfer and international students.

Undergraduate students in their third year or higher of post-secondary and under the age of 27.

Graduate students, students who have completed an undergraduate degree or mature students (27+ years old).

UCalgary Affiliates must have an affiliation to the University of Calgary.

Residents must reside with a spouse or common-law partner (with or without children) or as a single parent living with children. Applicants must be affiliated with the university. 

Residence fees for Family Housing are paid monthly. These fees include utilities, internet services, resident activities and tenant insurance.

Family housing will close on July 31, 2026.

Fees are per unit per month.

Residents can stay in secure, fully furnished units for one to four months in spring/summer. Residents must be a student at the University of Calgary or affiliated with the University of Calgary.

• The fees for these buildings are per person per term.
• Spring term: May 3 to June 22 and Summer term: June 28 to Aug 16.
• Fees are to be paid by May 11 & July 6

Single Term
