Janna Klostermann (2024-2025) has been named a finalist for the 2026 Alberta Literary Awards
CIH Alumnus Janna Klostermann (Resident Fellow 2024-2025) has been named a finalist for the 2026 Alberta Literary Awards for her book At the Limits of Care: Gendered Work and Stories that Matter. The book draws from Klostermann's own experiences in care work, along with in-depth interviews, to interrogate our assumptions about care and the women who provide it. The book is nominated for the Wilfrid Eggleston Award for Nonfiction and winners will be announced on June 5, 2026 at the Alberta Literary Awards Gala. Congratulations to Janna!
